I am confused about this democracy concept.

W has been noted for saying things would be easier in a dictatorship, so long as he is dictator. Amongst other related comments, mind you...

Meanwhile he wants to rid the world of dictators and instill democracy.

So he's ending our freedoms at home but willing to give them all to the rest of the world?

What if the peoples of the world decide their version of democracy isn't how W wants it to be?

What am I missing?
