Just watched this guy on S-Span Book TV. Convincing arguments. Beware he is from the same forum as Ann Coulter.

Do I trust him when he insists we need to involve the UN Security Council to give money to the people who are fighting for democracy in Iran before we bomb them? Dunno, because his bottom line is: Iran must be stopped NOW!

I haven't read Timmerman's book; just the link you gave, but if this guy thinks the US has a moral obligation to spread "freedom and democracy" globally, I am not buying it.

Iran is not a threat to the US, no more than Iraq was a threat to the US after 9/11. If (heaven forbid) the US tried to invade Iran, the US would be up shit's creek. That little dance in the sand would make the war in Iraq look like a picnic. IMO, of course.
