Ed Crane who was co-founder and now President of Libertarian CATO Institute said--"EVERYTHING THIS ADMINISTRATION DOES IS POLITICAL".
GW BUSH has been on a permanent Reelection Campaign since first day.
In first 18 months he spent 42% on Vacation or at Camp David.
In past year his several flights daily have been for political purposes.
Karl Rove directs him to go where he will need votes.
