The substitues for both Jerry Springer and Stephanie Miller are GREAT

I must say that both these guys are fantastic.

I plan to email both shows my appreciation.

It makes me wonder why Al Franken doesn't use one of these guys when he is on vacation.

I think I'll also email his show with that suggestion.

Jay always seems to invoke the exact same question or comment that is going through my mind at that same instant. Other than Lionel, he's the only host I've heard that does that.

5. It always pisses me off when Franken is gone

and you get a month (or more) old show. Al, it is supposed to be comments on current events, not a review of old stuff. Why couldn't Katherine Lampher fill in. Or any of the guys that fill in for Ed Schultz.
Johnny Wendel subbing for Stephanie Miller is a little over the top for me, but still provides the needed lefty look at the world.
Don't get Springer, who's his sub?
