Scamdy.com, dedicated to smears of Andy Stephenson and his friends, was removed from the internet several days ago due to violations of federal law reported to its ISP.

If you don't believe me, just go look for yourself, but I have that information from the person who swore out the complaint and who was communicated with by the ISP.

You have to pay a lawyer for a lot of the civil actions that would be required, and before doing that, it would be important to figure out if any of those losers had two dimes to rub together to pay the damages. they way that thread went. I am glad that they are off the net. ISP providers do have rules that have to be met and if not they will take you off their server.

I have seen firsthand how violation of copyright law is used to get someone's site off of the net as that is a violation of the server rules. They are stated in plain english for anyone who signs up...

From the first minute, it was built on lies and fraud. It was registered under a stolen identity, in order to point blame at someone who had no connection to it, and to try to divide our community.

The privacy of individuals was invaded by posting personal photos, home address and phone number info, clearly to incite harassment.

The entire content of the site was lies, misinformation, malicious speculation, harassment and hate.

Formal complaints of violation of United States law, falsification of information and abuse were filed.

As a result, the site was removed by the IP on Monday, August 1. No further information can be furnished at this time.
