probably the state level and they're doing some polling for 2006 I think. They were asking how she thought Bush was doing and she said "fair". She said she thought about telling how she voted for Kerry but she didn't have enough time and she couldn't hear the woman very well (static or something). My mother is registered in our state as a republican even though she's no longer one. Does anybody know how to get off the party's list? I told her she could call the voting place and they could probably tell her what to do but I thought some of y'all might know. I told her she could always change but she said she doesn't want calls from anybody.

1. If she tells them she won't support the, then they will remove her. But, |
|
if she stays a registered R, then she will continue to get added back on the list. I rather like getting their calls, actually. I act interested and keep them on the line as long as I can.

They've only called here once before and that was last year during all the campaigning. They claimed my mother gave them money (not true) and thanked her and asked if she wanted to donate again. :eyes: She told them she didn't give anything and she wouldn't this time. I'm sure sometime in another few months they'll be calling again since 2006 is going to be a big race for governor and Bill Frist's seat.
