Is There No Longer A Whitehouse "Taping" System?

Not tape anymore of course but it would be hard to imagine that every word uttered in the Whitehouse is not captured for prosperity by some electronic means. Surely there is 'tape' of conspiracies uncounted being hatched in that now-sinister building.

...I wondered that myself a while ago. Wouldn't Rove's phone had been bugged? Or maybe, like the inner party members in 1984, they can turn it off at will.
