Help! "Your password is now StK4quV"

I have gotten 8 emails in the last half hour from mail@ democraticunderground.com:

Someone (probably you, from IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
requested that we send you a new Demopedia login password.
The password for user "Bluebear" is now "StK4quV".
You should log in and change your password now.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

1. It probably means other people are trying to hack your account.

Did that new password work?

I would ask the administrators but that forum is gone...
