In this photograph taken in June 2003, Karl Rove, senior advisor to President Bush and Robert Novak are pictured together at a party marking the 40th anniversary of Novak's newspaper column at the Army Navy Club in Washington DC. At the event a number of people wore buttons reading, "I'm a source, not a target."

halfway down that long page.

(On edit: back when the pic was first posted on here (about a month ago?) someone tracked the story down, and explained the buttons, which were liberally handed out at the meeting, as being a reference to some quote about or from Novak to the effect that people were either sources or targets with him - unfortunately I can't remember it exactly, so I couldn't find it with google..)
