Um...folks? We need to talk

about Mr. Flocco.

'K. Mr. Flocco's site made a big splash here last week when it reported that Patrick Fitzgerald's Grand Jury in Chicago was about to indict George W. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Barney the Dog and the Man on the Moon for a variety of crimes.

Oooo! Cool!

*ahem*

Fitzgerald's Grand Jury is in Washington DC. Not Chicago. This was kinda like doing an on-the-scene report from the Brickyard on the goings-on in the Tour de France. If you can't even get the venue right, the rest is shaky to say the least.

So OK, Mr. Flocco appears now to have new, dramatic information about the Plame case. Do me a favor and take this with you:

2. Flocco's exposure? He lists his own site then! Are you saying
Edited on Sun Aug-07-05 01:20 PM by evermind
Flocco and Fintan Dunne (breakfornews.com) are one and the same?

(On edit: I see you've edited out that part of your post - for the benefit of the puzzled: Bungfeeb had alleged that Flocco had posted the list of faked up cia-sponsored websites at breakfornews.com (which list included tomflocco.com) but true to his CIA masters, Bungfeeb has withdrawn his sly disinformation, probably because I had heroically exposed it! Of course, this could all be a ploy to disguise the fact that Dunne, Flocco (and Bungfeeb?) are all one and the same.)

8. But, Mr. Bungfeeb, first of all
we KNOW all about YOU, now. Secondly, the Man in the Moon did NOTHING wrong, and neither did Barney - you are once again trying to spread untrue information over the internets, and smearing Barney's name in the process. You can't fool me - fool me once, shame on you, or something like that.

Oh, who is Mr. Flocco? I think I already ignore his posts.....

Yes, Fitzgerald is based in Chicago as the story above indicates. Is in Washington now for other matters yes....think now...I won't go on...I want to see what other conclusions you jump to before I shoot you down.

Do I know if the Flocco story is true...NO..but I'm not going to act like a know it all and dismiss something with a wave of my hand from my armchair.

Some have suggested Flocco is a disinfo person....give me a break does a disinfo person operate like this:

This from Ruppert's site....seems some of you trust him and he constantly refers to him: http://www.picosearch.com/cgi-bin/ts.pl

16. The Flocco indictment story was actually due to Tom Heneghan
an associate of Sherman Skolnick ( www.skolnicksreport.com ) and Stew Webb ( www.stewwebb.com ).

To classify those two as disinfo people is actually generous, imho. I first encountered both of them listening (via shortwave WWCR) to Tom Valentine's "Radio Free America" in the early 90's, where they both guested. (RFA was sponsored by white supremacist and holocaust revisionist Willis Carto's Liberty Lobby). My impression, then and now, is that they're just in it for the money - exploiting the more gullible and hungry end of the conspiracy market.

Skolnick has been doing this for years, and is highly skilled and entertaining (if you like that sort of thing). Some of his stories have indeed turned out to have some sort of bearing (not usually accurate) on unfolding news events - but I've never seen one of his usually highly important sounding imminent crisis predictions pan out.

Webb and Heneghan have also reported recently that 8 MI6 agents were arrested trying to blow up the Chicago subway - a story that seems to have passed every other news outlet by - and a little further back in time that Tony Blair had been indicted in the Plame case.

I can also read on Mr Webb's site about the "Illuminati Council of 13 New World Order" and how they plan to ban all religions and establish a one world government under the control of the UN - after which they will cure all diseases and reverse aging (... Hey, I'll vote for that!) at http://www.stewwebb.com/Illuminati_Council%20of%2013_New%20World%20Order.html

This is the guy who was Heneghan's presidential running mate in 2004!

Well, you can make your own mind up...

12. I hate to burst your bubble, but those aren't salt crystals....
Those are grains of MgSo4 (Magnesium Sulfate) which is commonly called "Epsom Salt," but isn't really a salt, because it has no sodium.

I can tell because my spirit guide clued me in on it.

15. But, Will, what about this?
Edited on Sun Aug-07-05 01:40 PM by Carolab
{snip}

The US Attorney's office is not allowed to comment about proceedings regardless of outcome.

So I was surprised this morning, when I came across a post at flybynews.com
which contains a statement, alleged to be from the US Attorney's office. Please note that I am not vouching for the credibility of the flybynews.com comment. I have conducted my own interview with the US Attorney's office and will discuss it below, but it was this flybynews.com comment which percolated my curiosity and led me to dig a bit deeper. The flybynews commentary:

"People's Attorney / Volks-Anwalt Wolfram Grätz" <> Leuren Moret wrote:

'I called the US Attorney's office this morning and they had "no comment" but when I asked them when they would announce this to the public they said "we have not issued these indictments". They had a lot of phone calls.' "
http://www.flybynews.com/cgi-local/newspro/viewnews.cgi?newsid1123024424,95688,

Assuming for the moment, that the quote is accurate, the words must be examined carefully in the context of grand jury linguistics and Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure (FRCP), which do not empower the US Attorney to "issue" indictments.

So when Randy Sanborn's office released official statements to me this morning, "on the record", which said, "This office has not issued any indictments," and "No Indictments have been issued by this office", the US Attorney was telling the truth, was not in violation of the FRCP secrecy laws, and in no way denied Tom Flocco's report that the "grand jury" has issued indictments.

18. Wash DC grand jury is investigating the Plame case: if any indictments
Edited on Sun Aug-07-05 01:54 PM by Garbo 2004
are issued as a result of their investigation it will be the Wash DC grand jury that does it. Not a Chicago grand jury that is not investigating the Plame matter and has no jurisdiction on the case.

Fitz is from Chicago, but he's leading the Plame investigation in DC before the DC grand jury.
