i was confusing Tom Flocco with Daniel Hopsicker who is another controversy publisher, but seems that he may end up having some credibility.

Al Martin I don't trust, Alex Jones I don't trust, Flocco, I recognize the name, but I can't remember anything he has said. One could probably scan some articles and figure out if he is on the level pretty easily.

But an interesting point - bristeling the freeps as a tactical measure.

as a result of that investigation would be issued by the DC grand jury, not by a Chicago grand jury.

prosecutor appointed by the DOJ to the Plame case which is before the Wash DC fed grand jury. Thus it doesn't matter that he's from Chicago: in the Plame investigation he's not acting as the Chicago US attorney but as the DOJ's special prosecutor.

Thus a Chicago grand jury simply doesn't have jurisdiction in the Plame investigation and cannot issue indictments pursuant to the Plame investigation conducted in DC by special prosecutor Fitzgerald.
