How Do You Guys Put Up With This?

Being as informed as I am now, how do you guys put up with this stuff? I just read what the Wall Street Journal wrote and it's unbelievable. I'm sure this stuff was going on years ago, but now that I don't have my head buried in the sand, it's maddening.

I'm about to leave for the gym, treadmill and weights (10 machines, 12 reps each, 2 sets). Tomorrow a swim and aerobics.

I do this alternate day excercise schedule 6 days a week, so I'm trying here. It's one of the secrets to remaining plausibly sane.

DU helps, of course, My family doesn't want to hear my rants and I don't blame them. So I just savor the people I love and that's a good balance.

However, there is something to be said for being part of the solution, not the problem.

I keep a running list in my head of the good news out there. Things like Cindy Sheehan and the corporate media reports on her, brush's falling poll numbers, and recruiting problems. Sometimes bad news is good news, like when the DOW falls after the administration publishes their fake happy numbers on the economy. Keeping those good items in your head helps you focus on the progress we have made instead of the hurtles still out there.
