Are records kept of Bush's visitors at Crawford?

I'd like to see a "tally thread" listing all the corporate honchos, members of royalty, celebs et al Bush will host/meet with over the next five weeks during his "vacation" so we can present a public scorecard of Mr Bush's priorities. Will he meet with Sheehan or any other family of fallen GIs? How about representatives of environmental groups, humanitarian organizations, minority and/or gay citizens groups, veterans representatives?

Or is this just going to be another "perk" exclusively for corporate donors, GOP headhunters, fellow conspirators and traitors, oil and gas executives, and members of the Royal House of Saud?

Is there any way to keep track for such a public scorecard?
