I once had a guy try to do the palm-down handshake on me, and I twisted his hand over so mine was palm down. He did the same, and we stood there for a second, locked... like a when a drill bit gets stuck. Haha. It was all done unconsciously I think, but we never really got on after that. Sort of summed up our working relationship for the duration.
