7. If anyone on this thread
is willing to join the movement to "turn yourself in" if and when Cindy gets arrested please let me know I would like to name your state in our press release going out in the a.m.
Spoke with Hadi Jawad of Crawford Peace house, they love this idea and would like to spread like wild fire.
Please pass info along to all your contacts, groups you belong to etc. Please keep this going. It would make quite a powerful statment for Mothers all over the U.S. to join in solidarity and turn ourselves in to our local police departments.

9. I thought about that briefly but now I wonder if just $$ wouldn't be
more cost-effective (I've sent some)...can't they buy any of that stuff locally? Fedex is kinda expensive for shipping...
just cogitatin'...

14. My company will pay the Fed Ex Charges
I will personally pay for the supplies, because I want to, but I can guilt the company into paying the Fed Ex charges. I'm the Accounting Manager. It's a legitimate contribution to a non-political source. That said, the owners of the company won't claim it as a tax deduction.

20. A DUer ordered a couple of porta-potties
from a rental company there. The toilet paper comes with the rental.

BTW, the name of the DUer is kyndculture and she is as much a patriot as Cindy Sheehan. But hell, the number of patriots all over the place right now is just astounding. I'm completely amazed.

8. I'm buying a ticket tomorrow evening... bummed that my wife can't come
but I'll be coming and bringing (I hope) and sending coffee and munchies. I have to wrk out a few more bits of logistics...

Like how to get a ride from the airport to there and back within a 4 day period. (I camp a lot so I am coming equipped!) I just hope my ride lets me stop and buy a few things like water and food.

I am completely excited.!!

19. how nice that you have the equipment!
Those little pup tents didn't look too comfy.

Good for you for making the trip--can't wait to read your report from Camp Casey!

17. Does Peacehouse have broadband?
It seems like people could record the events with cameras and camcorders and load it on a computer for transmission.

Could they use a second account? How about WiFi?

21. wet blankets- do they have air mattresses?
but really, air mattresses for pup tents could be a quick fix, but where's our tent city?

if Americans across the country knew they could come and would have food and shelter, then this thing would take off.

Those millions of unemployed Americans, or the gainfully employed engineers serving fries, et al - nobody can afford a trip to Texas... We need some backers!

-----

Does anyone know if Cindy and the gang at Camp Casey need flyers? Do you need a flyer- ie something to post around town to get a caravan headed to Crawford.... wouldn't it be cool to make noise along the way, "Crawford---> follow us" on the cars... and if they had "Free Food and housing" then i bet the caravan down the freeway would grow quite huge (- ;

i made a coupla flyers, for cindy here,
http://www.benfrank.net/crawford

am going to make more, got any ideas- any specific needs for a flyer? i could make one for you and hopefully it'd be useful to others as well.
