Dosen't someone have a laptop/reg computer and a computer camera? How about a live feed so if anything happens there are THOUSANDS of witnesses????Helloooooo. If someone needs some specific contribution for this I will do so (having already given at the other site) I can't afford much but those cameras don't cost that much.

5. Many, many people need to carry some form of camera.

Video, digital, throw-away, computer. There needs to be a visual history of this spontaneous outpouring no matter what happens. If you are going, take a camera of some sort (even if you have to buy a cardboard camera at Walgreen's).
