Informant says Tehran has 4,000 centrifuges
Here we go again!!! They think we'll believe this shit?

VIENNA, Austria (AP) — Iran has manufactured about 4,000 centrifuges capable of enriching uranium to weapons grade, an exiled Iranian dissident who helped uncover nearly two decades of covert nuclear activity in 2002 said Tuesday.
Alireza Jafarzadeh told the Associated Press that the centrifuges — which he said are unknown to the U.N. nuclear watchdog agency — are ready to be installed at Iran's nuclear facility in Natanz. (Related story: Iranians' nuclear work gets warning)

Jafarzadeh, who runs Strategic Policy Consulting, a Washington-based think tank focusing on Iran and Iraq, said the information — which he described as "very recent" — came from sources within the Tehran regime who have proven accurate in the past.

The Vienna-based IAEA, which was convening an emergency meeting on Iran later Tuesday, did not immediately comment on the centrifuge allegations. The agency previously had said it was aware of the existence of 164 centrifuges at Natanz.

WOLF!!!!!

And how much yellow cake did they buy, and from whom?
Since Jafarzadeh did not blow the whistle on Chalabi,

A. How much does he really know?
B. Who is he really working for?
C. Since Tehran would become a large circle of glittering glass after the detonation of the first device over Israel or US troops, and they know this, would someone please explain to me what earthly good it would do them to use this for weapons, other than a grand style of suicide for an entire nation?

5. They are succeeding in driving up the price of oil
Edited on Wed Aug-10-05 01:27 AM by firefox
Nothing like warmongering to drive up the price of oil except bombing. The Iranians switch to the Euro is a pattern the US cannot tolerate. The only thing we can really export is our currency. They cannot allow the first domino to fall.

Just wait until the next dumbass says we should attack Iran. Ever heard of SCO, dumbass? And where do you stand on impeaching WarCriminal?

7. Tell Bush....
No on attacking Iran, or else.

I'm afraid the only tool we have to prevent a new Bush disaster in Iran is to threaten the existence of the administration (I'll leave it up to the kind reader to assume what kind of threat I'm speaking of).

Hey Bush... nobody with a brain is believing these "dissident stories"!!!

http://www.spconsulting.us/Alireza-Jafarzadeh-Bio.htm

"Alireza Jafarzadeh is the president of Strategic Policy Consulting, Inc. He is also a FOX News Channel foreign affairs analyst."

and

"Prior to becoming a contributor for FOX News Channel, and until August 2003, Jafarzadeh acted for a dozen years as the chief congressional liaison and media spokesperson for the US representative office of Iran’s parliament in exile, the National Council of Resistance of Iran."

His front organization, Strategic Policy Consulting http://www.spconsulting.us/ lists 24 entries under "2004-2003 Interviews and Commentaries." ALL of them were Fox News appearances. 2005 adds Voice of America and Skynews and a couple others.

14. He also started the lie that the New Iran Prez was a hostage-taker
http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,1280,-5114665,00.html

"An exiled Iranian dissident on Saturday said Iran's newly elected president - already accused of taking American diplomats hostage 36 years ago - played a key role in the 1989 execution-style slayings of a Kurdish opposition leader and two associates in Vienna."

and

"Alireza Jafarzadeh, who runs Strategic Policy Consulting, a Washington-based think tank focusing on Iran and Iraq, said Ahmadinejad was a Revolutionary Guard commander who supplied the weapons used to gun down Iranian Kurdish politician Abdul-Rahman Ghassemlou and two colleagues on July 13, 1989 in Vienna.

"Jafarzadeh is a former U.S. representative for the National Council of Resistance of Iran. The council is the political arm of the Mujahedeen Khalq, a group that Washington and the European Union list as a terrorist organization."
