Rolling Stones playing in Toronto tonight...
Edited on Wed Aug-10-05 11:31 AM by Chimpys_Last_Stand
....they've had a history over the last decade or so of summer rehearsals for world tours in Toronto....and tonight they're continuing another one of their traditions...playing a one-off El Cheapo club gig.....10 bucks(!!)a ticket, at the Phoenix Concert Theatre. Wonder if they will debut their "Sweet Neo Con" song??

And on the subject of whether ABC will want to back out of their Monday Night Football deal with the Stones, because of the song....like the Stones give a rat's ass. They'll just keep on rolling....gathering no moss.

Rock on Mick and Keef!:yourock:

3. I know they have been having these rehearsals in Toronto for years but
the odd thing is that when they are there, they are virtually invisible....except when they want to be seen....Nobody has dug up their addresses in Toronto.....Occasionally I will see one of them on TV waving to the crowd as they go into some establishment or other....Maybe that's why they like it in Toronto so much....They are not hassled....
