When you aren't deployed, you work a regular workweek, Mon-Fri, unless you have the duty or have a shiftwork assignment.

Those kids are off to the pool hall or the keg party on SAT--hot dates, baseball games, FUN, real honest fun....the only reason they would go to anything during a work week is if they got the time off...which I gather some incompetent leader has granted them, and should be reported up the chain for giving them time off to go to a blatantly political effort.

If the kids are smart, they'll leave the base, head somewhere cool, and have a beer and sit that bullshit out. Half day liberty, I'm SURE no one is taking muster down at that event! If they are, they are in some serious hot water, whether they know it or not...
