I apologize if this has already been posted recently. Apparently, federal prosecutors have obtained the testimony from two GOP operatives involved who say that James Tobin conspired to tamper with the 2002 Senatorial race in New Hampshire. Considering the great amount of money and high-powered lawyer time being poured into Tobin's defense, you wonder if this might not go higher up into the Bush Administration.

A telephone firm was paid to make repeated hang-up phone calls to overwhelm the phone banks in New Hampshire and prevent them from getting Democratic voters to the polls on Election Day 2002, prosecutors allege. Republican John Sununu won a close race that day to be New Hampshire's newest senator. ..."
