9. I haven't seen Cindy Sheehan's story in the corporate press for days.

It has been blacked out. Every possible nonsensical tidbit is covered but her story. It is an intentional and maliciously crafted effort to silence a grieving mother whose son was killed in an illegal and immoral war launched on the basis of lies by George W. Bush.

CNN is about to do a story on a guy who wants to have a cup of coffee in every Starbucks in the world. Maybe CNN's cameras will accidentily get a shot of the protest when they follow him to Crawford for the double mochachino.

Had checked the New York Times and Washington Post this morning and did not see anything, and nothing on the idiot box. (The "Runaway Bride" is mowing the lawn somewhere, just in case you were interested.)

Yesterday, the same Google search had hits from slate and raw story, but now it seems that the local papers in various places and the BBC are picking up the story again.

Next time I'll check "Our Weekly Reader."
