Image is everything with these guys. Back in a previous life I was very involved with local redevelopment issues. Jeb came to visit us before his 2nd run for Governor. When we were leaving the last stop, he noticed that the rental car he was being driven around in had out of state plates. I heard his tell his road mgr to make sure they got a different car with FL plates ASAP.

The mud on the side of the truck doesn't look as if it's thick enough to be real and isn't high enough up the side to indicate any speed.
