Can the Blogs now "drive" the news on CNN & MSNBC , etc.

They have both been reporting stories off of the blogs all day (especially about Cindy Sheehan). All we have to do to get a story out there is to talk about it on several blogs at once - especially the ones that CNN/MSNBC follows.

The question is: which blogs are they looking at? They don't quote anything off of Dem Underground. I know Kos gets reported on.

They are news readers...not journalists...that's for sure.

Now they are all trying to look net savvy and hip. They look silly even to an old Luddite like me! But at least they are making a pretense of being on the story.

Yeah, reporters... I remember those guys. They started becoming extinct in the 80s with the push to make news broadcasts profitable and they became entertainment instead of informative. Yeah, reporters, several old hands predicted back then what we have seen the Fourth Estate become.

Democracy cannot exist without an informed citizenry. The corporations know this and will do all they can to keep Americans ignorant of what is going on. Many thanks the patriots that get the truth out! They are all that stands in the way of total fascist tyranny in the USA
