WaPo: Man who brought bomb onto plane had "no link to terrorist activity"

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An explosive device was found in a passenger's carry-on bag as the man passed through a checkpoint, and federal agents arrested him, the FBI said Thursday.

Officials have found no apparent connection between Charles Alfred Dreyling Jr. and any terrorist group or activity, said Agent Gary Johnson, an FBI spokesman.

Yeah, no terrorist activity except, you know, bringing a fucking bomb on a plane.

I don't know, maybe under the new Michelle Malkin Profiling Guidelines, people with names like "Charles Alfred" can't be terrorists.

This is kinda like the media reports on the recent bombings in London, when they kept calling it the biggest peacetime attack ever on the UK. I guess the media forgot Blair invaded Baghdad before Baghdad invaded London.

... the bomb was meant for an abortion clinic. He had no intention of blowing up the plane.
