They are laying to rest 14 marines. The president should be there to express condolences on behalf of the nation. He can't even pretend that he cares.

1. I agree, but

Ohio has been hit pretty hard. I live very near where all those boys are from and it's devastating. Although, Bush should be here, with all the thousands of people mourning and attending these services...who really expected him to pretend he cared. Northeast Ohio is being flooded with military, past and present, and it is beautiful to see people come together. I'd almost rather not see him turning this into good politics for him.

Have you seen him meet with any veterans? Especially those who are missing limbs?
