I am sorry to say it, but we are NO LONGER a WORLD POWER, another of Bush's legacy... but for many provincila Americans being a world power is not pulling out. We can't afford Empire, becuase of the defficit, and our manufacturing facilities are in the crapper, that is an indication of world power, manufacturing facilities, not keeping an Empire
