There were simulations of attacks using airliners being conducted on on 9/11. There were simulations of subway attacks being conducted on the day of the London bombings.

Now, there is going to be a 'simulation' of a nuke attack on this country. Maybe Byrnes was trying to stop that 'simulation'?

It seems that I've read that Cheney has prepared for any further attack on this country by nuking Iran. Maybe Byrnes got in the middle?

Perhaps in the current neo-con war strategizing against Iran, this General may have spoken out against them....
