Eddy's been starting off his show this week with news from Crawford and Cindy Sheehan. Easily 1/2 of his show has been on this topic and most of his callins are also.

so, he's starting up now. Tune in.

1. Ed's Been Great

We don't get Randi here LIVE until her last hour.

And I have to say that Ed Schultz has just been great on the Cindy Sheehan phenomenon.

Maybe it is because he makes an effort to talk about working woman/man issues and topics. Sure he talks about football and fishing ... so when he blusters in favor of what Cindy is doing, it comes genuinely from the 'heart'.

Frankly, listening to Schultz has gotten me very excited about the Sheehan effort ... and hopeful for the first time in a long time that we might get this war stopped.

2. he sure gets his share of callins

in support of Cindy. And there have been some opposed. Ed gives them their time, then turns it on them.

ie: 'who doesn't have a political agenda?'
'over half of the country has Liberal leanings'


interesting he pointed out that Cindy Sheehan's story is now international news....and Wolf Blitzer said pretty much the same thing just a bit later on his show.
