Anybody watching Hardball?
Graham Nash and David Crosby are on and have some great things to say about the media. They said the biggest difference between this war and Vietnam is that the Vietnam War got much more extensive coverage. David Gregory tried to argue with that and Crossby slammed him down good, talked about not seeing American soldiers die, not seeing bodies or coffins on the news, like we did during Vietnam.

Ted Nugent was on earlier. He just made himself look like a neocon fool.

He's gone off the deep end. Maybe too much venison....

He's sickening. Both as a "musician" and a "human." :puke:

10. He must have picked up some CWD from a deer.
CWD = Chronic Wasting Disease. He looked terrible, BTW, and sounded stupid. Is he young enough to sign up, go over there and get killed?

11. heh, you aren't quoting some VP talking to some senator, are you?
Frankly, I suspect that there is more honesty and realism in Stargate than in MSNBC's programming, especially with GE as part owner.

Just consider how they treat the Downing memos, Ms. Sheehan, and and the war on Terra.

7. I caught the end of it
It was great, except for the part where I almost did a spit-take when Crosby casually mentioned "and now we have a chimpanzee in the White House" and David Gregory didn't even react - like it was a normal part of a media interview.

19. David is no closet lib
He has been an outspoken liberal for as long as he has been a successful musician. His earlier stuff is proof - Ohio, Teach Your Children, For What It's Worth (Buffalo Springfield).

20. Yes but..."For What It's Worth"

Was not written by David Crosby. That song was written by Stephen Stills. You are right, its Buffalo Springfield, but to the best of my knowledge only Stills has credits for that song.

Killer tune....

Yes, Crosby is a solid Liberal, no doubts. He's cool.

8. Nash and Crosby were great!
So was Gregory who did not talk all over them like Matthews would of! (I guess ANOTHER note to MSNBC with a bravo to Gregory's job as the Hardball host is in order.) I keep hoping the change becomes permanent.

17. Oh, good idea - I'm emailing too now
Subject: David Gregory's doing a great job

I like him better than the regular host of Hardball. When Rita Cosby gets canned for her unwatchable drivel, perhaps David Gregory could have that time slot for news.

:)

Liar! A Liar. Take my advise, watch the replay later tonight if you want to see MSM and Bush taken to task by two of the good guys.

I've loved those guys since I was a child! (the 60's)

Nugent is a joke... and I NEVER liked his music either!

He can take his bow & arrows and do something with them. Use your imagination here!
