ABC News: CIA confirms outing has hurt US national security
Who has World News Tonight on Tivo or tape? Jennings said one of their reporters has confirmed
that this leak has actually harmed our national security.

Wow.

2. I'm telling you, someone is going down.
Edited on Mon Sep-29-03 05:47 PM by Brian Sweat
We can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way, but the CIA will have its pound of flesh. The CIA knows who did this and until they have his head on the platter, they are just going to keep ratcheting up the preasure. The next report will give specific ways in which national security was compromised. Eventually, there will be a report of someone being killed as a result of this leak.

7. Yup, this is JUST THE BEGINNING
The CIA would not have started the ball rolling without all their ducks in a row. They know in order to keep this alive, the press will need a steady diet of new information. There's DEFINITELY MORE COMING!!!

8. Yes, it will be the hard way.
These arrogant fools just don't realize that the CIA can do them in. You'd think they would, since Daddy Bush was the head of the CIA, but it seems to me they think that makes them invulnerable. I don't think it does. The CIA is dissed, pissed, and fighting for its life.

5. pissed off cia
and to think that it's the son of a former cia director who is causing all this grief for the agency -- sorta ironic, isn't it?

10. Have you ever raised children?
Just because you teach them something, doesn't mean they do it. In fact, sometimes they do the opposite out of spite.

Most kids grow out of that contrarian phase sooner than later, but we all know GW is a bit 'special' in that regard...(growing up, that is).

14. Didn't you see the SNL skit with Dana Carvey and Will Farrel..
Edited on Mon Sep-29-03 06:21 PM by section321
before the 2000 election.

Dana as GHWB almost takes out shrub with a deer rifle. Decides not to because "... Barb would kill me."

One of my favorit SNL skits.

Will Farrel as Dubya "There'll be no governor's reprieve for you this time, Bambi."

I think he's got a boy here who's always been convinced that he doesn't need to learn anything.

17. I wish you were right, but I believe they will
find a lower level scapegoat, and the absence of a tenacious media, the presence of a Repug dominated Congress, and an apathetic public, will let it happen.

I would LOVE to be wrong about this. But I see what they have weaseled out of time and time again because of the absence of checks and balances, and I don't see a reason to believe it will be different this time.

24. Does ABC News do transcripts?
Not so I can tell from their website.

Who else saw this?

Wilsongate has already hindered our "War on Terra" and the hunt for WMD, if what Peter Jennings said is correct.

Let's hope someone produces some specifics on any damage done.

with their agenda for US world corporate domination, outing CIA agents or anyone else for that matter is NO PROBLEM. And don't expect the suffering peasants to complain. Just let them force their teenage daughters to have unwanted chilen, then give those screwed up babies handguns to shoot at each other. After that the moronic masses will be totally pacified. :wtf:

Edited for "smiles".
