Now Ashcrack Can Use the Patriot Act to Find Out Who Leaked
Would anyone question the fact that an administration official who outted a CIA WMD operative in a fricking newspaper is helping terrorists seeking to use WMD's as weapons against the U.S.?

This isn't merely "funding" suspected terrorists, or helping them launder money, or giving them safe houses or passing messages. This is TELLING them who an operative is whose work is to stop terrorists from using WMD against the U.S.

This is not just poor form. This is TRULY a matter of urgent national security.

The administration official(s) who outted this CIA operative are in league with the terrorists. Ashcrack should use all his new-found Patriot Act powers to fight the terrorist enablers, arrest them, take them to Gitmo (including NoFacts), they get no lawyer, torture NoFacts until he spills the beans, and then arrest the WH officials who leaked it, take them to Gitmo, no lawyer, no habeas corpus, no one knows where they went, ......poof.

Now, Why.....WHY the fuck won't Ashcrack stop chasing Tommy Chong and go get these traitorous fuckers in the WH?

I demand a special prosecutor, and I demand one NOW.

1. Yeah, what he said!
...but we all know someone will be chosen as the person whose head rolls over this, and it won't be one of the big guys. Sigh. Unless, unless, it's JUST TOO BIG to ignore. I hope it's too big.

4. No need to use the Patriot Act.
(WOULD RATHER IT NEVER AGAIN BE USED!!)

Novak can go to jail already for refusing to divulge his source after a judge's legal order, just like that woman in Texas was in jail for months because she wouldn't out her source.

And an independent counsel can investigate and bring up charges.
