It's a brilliant city. I'd move there in a heartbeat as long as the "work" thing was in order. In the meantime 60/40 Canada/France works very well for us...

Sorry to spoil the praise of the Netherlands, but as a liberal, I utterly reject the sexism and violence associated with radical Islam. And the Netherlands has a large radical Islamic population.
