Man dies after being shot by Savior with Taser.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A grand jury has declined to indict two Minneapolis police officers in the death of a 40-year-old man who died after a Taser stun gun was used to subdue him.

Raymond Siegler died seven days after suffering a heart attack shortly after the Taser was used.

The Hennepin County medical examiner's office ruled that he died from natural causes.

Police say Siegler threatened follow residents at a group home for adults with mental illness. They used the Taser after being unable to subdue him.

The officers involved were Timothy Savior and David Mathes.
