Gallagher committed a federal crime
Check for my post on this thread. I've cited a court case at findlaw. Impersonating a military officer is a crime.

3. doesn't matter
Gallagher is illegally giving the impression that he is a military officer. If he's American, it's a crime.

4. Since the uniform appears to be photoshopped on
rather than worn and he is not claiming a military record, it's pathetic, but probably would not be considered a crime. It's about as authentic as a Halloween costume.

8. I wish it were so, but he isn't. (At least not with the uniform)
Wearing a PRETEND Uniform from a FAKE army
that you invented to promote your feces-flinging career
is not against the law.

Outrageous?
Despicable?
A slap in the faces of all americans who served honorably?

Yes, all of that and SOOOOO much more:

But ILLEGAL?
NO.

If you want to find ILLEGAL activity,
I sugest looking into his FINANCES.

His Website purports to be a CHARITY.
