Joe Wilson house hunting in Florida?

Former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, husband of outed-CIA-operative Valerie Plume, told the Capital Tiger Bay Club in Tallahassee Thursday he might make a sidetrip before heading back to Washington: To check out Karl Rove's vacation home in Walton County.

"Valerie asked me to go by and take a look at it in the event that someday we may own it,'' Wilson said, drawing a chuckle from the standing-room-only lunch meeting at the Silver Slipper restaurant.

The property in question: a 1,924-square-foot house in Rosemary Beach that Rove and his wife Darby bought for $165,000 in 2002.

Crap, I didn't know Rove owned property in Florida. Now the whole damn state is contaminated. Maybe we could do a fund raiser to help the Wilson's buy Rove's house and get that vermin out of my state?

My take on Wilson's remark is that he meant he may own Rove's property by way of a lawsuit.
