VIDEO: Gunshots Rattle Doves In Crawford (KCRA NBC 3 TV Sacramento)

Gunshots rang out Sunday in Crawford, Texas, near President George W. Bush's ranch. Their source was rancher on his own land who told reporters he was practicing for dove season. Peace demonstrators wondered which doves he was talking about.

Her hometown, Vacaville, is located right on the fringe between the Bay Area and the greater Sacramento area, so it's not surprising that the S.F. and Sac media are paying a lot of attention.

It is not my fault that Crawford Texas is surrounded by 36 right wing extremist groups. Now, excluding the "Bible Belt", that is more than most states have in the entire USA.

You are right on two counts though.

1) There are no "Old Men" with shotguns in the KKK
2) Members of extremist conservative political groups (like the KKK) are not likely to counter-protest any nearby and highly publicized "liberal" cause.

What the hell was I thinking?

It must be way out of line to ask if anyone saw any of their symbols, tattoos, or bumper stickers associated with the counter-protesters. Completely inconceivable !!

Can someone explain to me why these capitalist are shooting shotguns in the air to chase away people who probably double their economy?

Seems this poor frustrated shooter should have been over there trying to sell the folks holding this quiet and peaceful vigil a side of beef.

these folks are on the side of the road and very quiet (no chanting, no loud music).

But these people trying to say this guy's peace is shot to shit just because, if he drives a mile out of his way he will see them is just as sick and delusional as he is.
