Bakiyev sworn in as Kyrgyz president

Xinhua is reporting a new Kyrgyz president has been sworn in. The former Kyrgyz president, Akayev, blames his ouster on outside forces, including the US ambassador to Bishkek. Various factors in his ouster are reported to include mass protests and election fraud.
