3. A little agreement and a little disagreement
Of course we have a right to be angry, and of course we have a right to resist the Bush Gang - they are doing this country terrible harm.

On the other hand if we have to become Republicans to beat the Republicans, than, I'd rather just relax and enjoy the steady decline. And that means not just adopting Republican policies; it also means adopting a Republican mindset/methodology. If there were someone on our side as mean spirited and non-sensical as Ann Coulter (but for our side) than such a person would be as reprehensible as Ann Coulter in many ways.

But I agree that we should continue to be angry.

5. Well, thank you! I'm glad that you noticed. I'd hate to think that my
anger was being ignored! My agenda is trying to get the truth out and if that pisses off the GOPiggies then tough shit.

I think this mess is beginning to get to some of them because I've had 5 or 6 tell me during the past 3 weeks "not all republicans are like that" when I've mentioned some policy, etc. I've noticed that they don't like being told that "I don't do image repair or damage control for the republican party. If not all republicans are this way then why is ** in office for a second term?"

Yep, pissin' off the right any way that I can.

10. Yup, very angry and very pissy.
What did you expect when the bushites took over?? That the liberals would all be happy and glowing?? I mean we've lost all power in the judiciary, the congress, the executive branches. The media has become the mouthpiece of the right.

Are we suppose to just go along and ignore the fact that the US is turning into an 18 century society with no concern for the middle class, poor or living humans (fetuses excluded)?

Right now, I can't get my birth control prescription filled (luckily in a few years I wont need it since I'm nearing fifty). People in school are trying to convince my daughter to be born again. I can't talk to my in-laws without arguing over the war. I can't afford to get heating fuel for the winter. I'm stuck at home because the cost of gas is too high. Cost of living increases in my pension are not keeping up with the cost of energy and food. My son and daughter might be drafted to fight in Iran or Iraq. The weather is so hot that I can't go outside. My air conditioner is about to explode from over use and there is talk of a brownout. The only place I can afford to shop is at Wal-Mart. The list goes on and on...

Yup very, very pissy.

11. At Least Our Anger Is Justified
Talk about anger, look at the anger of people who have it all and are STILL angry. Remember we progressives have little to do with the decisions being made that not only are we blamed for, we have to pay the consequences. These conservative people who are so angry also have all the power, all the money, and make all the idiotic decisions they've made. They are passive aggressive people who would rather blame us for their stupidity than face the carnage they cause while never taking responsibility for their own actions.

These chaotic, greedy, corrupt, self interested, unAmerican actions are an ugly thing to admit being a part of all right, ( I am glad I was never a part of it my conscience is clear, thank God) but when you take the power, you also have to take the responsibility. Freedom is not only about doing what you want, it is about taking the consequences for your actions. The actions they are taking are destructive, unchristian and disgusting to everyone except themselves. Then they get mad because they robbed, maimed, killed and just because they slap the name "Jeeezuz" on it, they think we should all like it. Ha!

As a progressive christian, it outrages and sickens me to see it.

Yeah I am mad as hell at this hypocrisy and I am *not* going to take it anymore!!!!!
