1. I thought he looked drunk today when he signed that bill
he looked completely trashed as he walked over to the chair. Then he looked at the chair, as if to make sure it wasn't really moving, then he reached out as if to steady it, then he sat down. It was really weird. Then he got this BIG smile on his face.

Anybody else notice this?

2. You know, it's sort of a shame that the Wilson story had to break
now. It kinda overshadows Pickles' coming-out party, doesn't it? Wonder what it was meant to distract us from originally, until the Rove-Novak reality show hit the fan. Oh, I know. The "Road to the Riviera" starring Pickles was supposed to pre-empt all the yak that would have surrounded the gradually escalating roar surrounding David Kay's report on the absence of WMD.

as a gift. And besides: send anybody else.
Till that very moment, I could guarantee that the image of the USA is still intact among most europeans with a brain. But from that moment on, I can't guarantee for nothing.
She's so incredible important for your county and sweet boy Bush! Please, we understand that you want to show us how much you like us, but we're pretty aware of how much your country needs your first lady now:-) Send her home, please!

7. Gee, the invisible First Lady makes an appearance?
Things must be going bad if they have to trot out Pickles to take some of the heat off the Wilson affair.
