Google uses it's search engines for it, so it's picking up something from a post on her site that mentions 'assland'. Some freeper posts something on a message board, and you zoom in there.

Then it ranks sites by importance, and it gives her site prominence. Therefore it lists it first.

Sort of like if you zoom over the White House and put in 'murderer' it comes up high (actually third but tha'ts because there are a couple of murder mystery theater troups that the computer thinks is a more accurate hit.

Has nothing to do with intentional programming.

Then when you do a search for it it finds all sites where 'shithead' is mentioned, then it ranks the sites by what it thinks is importance via an algorithm.
