A question about the Crawford counter-protesters

I printed out "Cindy's Victory" by Will Pitt so my mother could read it and she asked me why the counter-protesters were chanting, "We don't care."

What is it that they don't care about...
Casey Sheehan's death?
Cindy's feelings?
The anti-war sentiment?
All of the above?

I didn't give it a thought until Mom asked me ... but WTF does "We don't care" mean? :shrug:
