1. It's always amazing to me how many mothers

will offer us their kids' lives on the altar of death for a rich man's war.

saying it's ok if they die for george..

5. It happened during Viet Nam. It's an absolute inability to face the fact

that their child might have died for nothing. And guilt (I suppose).

Only a very messed up parent could think that their child's death was a good thing, especially if they died in an immoral war that was a pure act of aggression on our part. In fact, that's another sticky point, that their child may/may no have been part of an army that murdered innocent civiliams.

then they're entitled to the same courtesy we expect others to give to Cindy Sheehan. But if the're "mothers" like the following ......
