Under the Texas Hate Crime Law, mowing down crosses would be included. I think we need to make sure this avenue is pursued and that this man is prosecuted fully under the statute.
It defines crimes that are motivated by hatred and prejudice.
The statute reads that the Hate Crime offense information falls into eight index crimes, (paraphrased) including intimidation and vandalism.
