What ever happened to the term "war profiteer"?
Yeah, it may only be a term from all the movies I've seen over
the years, but didn't companies fear the term "war profiteer"
back in WWII? Didn't there used to be congressional inquiries
into such allegations?

With all the profits Halliburton and other companies are making
off Iraq, why aren't they being slapped with that term? Would
they even care?

8. Making obscene profits is a praiseworthy virtue under Bush/Cheney & Co.
The only ones I'm aware of bringing up the waste and abuse of the war profiteers are Sen. Frank Lautenberg and the handful of Democratic Senators who have held hearings seen only in the middle of the night on CSPAN that no one pays any attention to.

10. War profiteers have PR reps now
By the way, check out the book Toxic Sludge is Good for You. It is a great expose of how PR companies have helped screw us over.
