Chose a font that is easy to read. Also chose colors that compliment each other, making the text of your message stand out more.

example: red?blue, green?red, black?white

Helvetica is a very easy font to read!

18. Actually, I originally did it in a more standard way and in contrasting

colors, but I wanted a feel of antiquity and an odor of sanctity. Dark browns and gold seemed to work have worked best for my personal tastes on this one.

You're right though, if you wanted someone to read this from 20 feet away on a moving vehicle, bold block letters contrasting the background would certainly be better. But geez, you can do that in Word.

24. i've found from personal experience

that the stickers that are a little more of a 'challenge' to read, are the ones that you just HAVE to read- even if it means pushing my old clunker hard to get close enough to see. And leave a greater impression because they play 'hard to get'-

Must be that 'forbidden fruit' kind of thing.-

(i have an oval holographic one on my car that says "mean people produce little mean people" it's hard to see, but i have had more people ask me where they could get one, or say the LOVED my sticker than i can count- at least 30 times minimum. It's fun to watch the rear view mirror and see people mouth the words then inevitably turn to the person next to them and both smile, and start talking to each other)
