NBC Nightly News showed Cindy and me hugging and talking. Wow.

This happened on Aug 11th, but they showed it tonight.

This time, the video was of us hugging and then Cindy and I talking, with her smiling that beautiful smile of hers.

I described this moment on my OP on the 11th.

BTW, my husband happened to see this last week, and made fun of my hat. :hi:

To all of you reading this..Cindy is the real deal...she's sincere and genuine and has put herself on the line to do what's moral and ethical.

I still tear up when I think about sharing that brief moment with her.

I implore everyone to do what you can to keep her message out there.

Meeting Cindy had a profound emotional impact on me. She could be any one of us, and yet, she is so much more.

I'm not about to put her on a pedestal, because that would be the last thing she would want and it's not necessary.

8. I can tell just by listening to her, seeing her, and

hearing her message, that she is one of those rare, rare people you come across once in awhile...who are pure, good and without any evil in them at all. I've known 2 others in my life....they sacrifice themselves and dedicate themselves for good.

20. ROFL...that hat took on a life of its own...

I will always cherish it and my husband says he will never be able to throw it away (he's the one who clears out "junk" in our house)

He told me that it has symbolic value...it now has "throw away" protection forever.:7 MKJ
