There are a few things you can do when you hear this. You can try to convince the pig faced moron, with the kool aid dribbling down his chin, of the worthiness of Michael Moore, Code Pink, Moveon etc etc. However, you're dealing with people who don't believe in dinosaurs or the Downing Street Memo so really, why would you?

Or, you could try this:

Do you support the Minuteman Project? Other supporters of the Minuteman Project include Neo-Nazi's like Stormfront and Aryan Brotherhood. Neo-Nazi's are people who uphold the views of Hitler, who was the leader of Germany during WW2. Thousands of US soldiers died fighting Hitler's Germany, so by supporting the Nazi party, you're supporting the death of American Soldiers. Therefore, if you support the minuteman project, you must, by association, support the death of US soldiers.

Why do you hate America?

Do you support the Anti-abortion movement? Other supporters of the Anti Abortion movement include Fred Phelps, who protests at soldiers' funerals, and sells T-shirts that say, "Thank God for Septemeber 11th". Therefore, if you support the anti abortion movement, you support terrorism, and hate soldiers.
