Do you think Bush is the most dangerous person ever to walk the earth?
I think he just might be, and here's why...

It's not because of all the parallels that have been made between he and Hitler either. It's something else besides that.

I think he's the most dangerous man ever because, on top of his utter contempt for humanity he also has a complete disregard for the environment, not only for our country but on a global-wide scale.

Here we have the so-called "leader" of the most powerful nation on earth who refuses to acknowledge the threat of global warming, when everyone else is extremely concerned about it. Instead, Bush continues to simply thumb his nose at Mother Nature...and take care of more important business like maiming and killing in Iraq.

Not only that, but more land in the USA is being clear-cut under this jerk, more animals in the USA are in danger of dying due to his oil-drilling policies, and I could just go on and on. More environmental laws have been rolled back under this disgusting piece of shit than any other leader in our history.

Outside of nuclear bombs, I can't think of anyone else who's been more of a threat to Planet Earth's future than this moron. The W in his name should stand for Waste.

His total disregard for the environment, along with his disgusting disregard and lack of empathy towards humanity, combine to make him one dangerous monster.

If there's someone you consider to be more of a threat to Planet Earth than our Coward in Chief, please let me know.

10. That's the worst part. The war he has waged on this planet will end
up causing mass extinction of many species possibly even humans. The effects of his presidency will be felt as time goes on. Long after he has left office.

35. Historically? He is still going. He has more potential for harm
than any of his "dangerous to humanity" predecessors.

If he (arguably) isn't at the top of the historical list yet, there is still time for him to get there.

One thing we know for sure, he will not reverse course.

They were responsible for millions of deaths each.

I'd put Bush more in the category of a Nicholas II, an ineffectual leader who lives in luxury while the poor and middle class send their children to die in a senseless war.

My thoughts exaxtly.

Although he reads of Alexander II (the Great) at this very moment he smacks of Nicholas II. Don't forget to mention that he refuses to push his country ahead to catch up with the rest of the world and lies back on the "divine right" BS.

19. Nicholas II
Very good analogy. Religious Divine Right fervor, Reigning family, Devotion to the ruling class, not very bright, foolish war, it's all there. All we need is a Rasputin and the comparison is complete. If the divide between the haves and have nots widens, we end up with a peasant class. He is the wrong leader for these modern times just like Nicky was in his.

Freeps do love to label us 'commies' after all. This puts those who dislike Bush and would like to see him impeached in the position of the bolsheviks.

...and Falwell or whoever the W administration uses to advise them in all matters "fundie" does fit the bill of a Rasputinesque character. Then again he'd be sleeping with everybodys' wife if the analaogy were to examined closely.

That and the 'Peasant Class' (Rural White Americans) love the assclown.

31. Just heard on the news the other day the polar bears will be extinct
well before the end of the century, and all others who live among the ice caps, because they are melting. They said we are losing the earth's natural air conditioning. The energy bill once again isn't going to make automakers increase the mpg, and we know the technology exists. They just don't believe science. This isn't happening or God has told them to allow it. As Anne Coulter says God gave us the right to rape and use the earth. They don't care because when the last tree falls the rapture will occur. 8 years of this kind of policy is more than this fragile earth can come back from.

38. also the citizens who agree with the policies and actions
... the folks making money off the actions and policies, and the go alongs who are just being the cogs that let this thing go on working...

If it was like Versailles the castle would already be upturned and the carpetbaggers would be dealt with... however, there are many among the populace that agree with the trolls which gives it a greater force. This force is dangerous for the people of earth. We have not seen this sort of possible world domination or destruction in the written history of man since WWII. We are ten fold the capacities of that war like the growth of technology between WWI and WWII.

Further, I agree George Bush is just the head on the pimple and the puss in the pore goes right down to the blood stream... yikes!

13. "Most dangerous"? I don't think so
To be honest, I only look at him as a mouth-piece. I don't find him to be too intelligent of a person and it seems quite obvious to me that he isn't running anything, he is just a shill for the real power of this country.
It's amazing that many more people don't realize what an idiot he is, but that says a lot about the people of this country. When bush was "voted" in, the people who voted for him gave the administration the go ahead to do what they set out to do and that is to make a lot of cash for themselves and their friends. They have no intentions of making this a better world, planet and living situation to any "average" citizen or their children.
These people have been "in charge" of this country for five years and have yet to do anything positive for the planet, the poor, the starving, the homeless, the children, the elderly, the women, the minority, world peace and all other issues that effect us all now and in the future.
georgie isn't a dangerous man, the people who blindly follow his inane rantings are the dangerous ones.

The people pulling his strings are the dangerous ones to the planet. The big oil businesses and the people who own them. Mark my words, once georgie is out of office, he will be hung out to dry. He doesn't know that yet, and probably won't get it when they do.

27. Actually, I feel that "honor" goes to his father. Here's why:
As was posted in LBN not very long ago, scientists say we have now passed the "tipping point" on global warming, and that basically, life on earth is screwed. Not just us, BUT ALL LIFE ON EARTH!

Now, back at the end of Gulf War I, when Poppy had record-high approval ratings, he came out with a new energy bill. At the time, I was a Republican (that's another story) but I've always been very concerned about environmental issues.

I FULLY EXPECTED George H. W. Bush, as a responsible leader to put forth an energy bill that would revolutionize our current practices. He could have. He was so popular, Americans would have enthusiastically backed new forays into renewable energy sources, if he had pushed for them. He could have said, "No more blood for oil!" And the people would have cheered.

But instead, it was a massive blow-job for the fossil fuel industry.

That moment sealed our fate as a planet.

Congrats, Poppy, you've killed us all.

Put that together with realizing that Senior was responsible for spawning Junior and you have a good argument, although I still put my money on Junior being the most dangerous person ever to walk the planet because of the combination of events when you consider his war, his connection to the fundies, and his environmental rollbacks.
