Why do they have a maximum at the vigils?

I was going to go to the one over here tonight and it says 53 registered and 50 maximum. I'm wondering if I should go and see if I can get involved.

Chances are someone won't show up. I can't believe they'd send you away.

I think the limits are to keep 1000 people from showing up one one corner.

2. I'm assuming that some of them have physical limitations

depending on the location. Most outdoor venues would be more flexible, but somebody's back yard or a church basement would be able to accomodate a finite number of people. I'm just guessing.

4. I'll bet there's a max field on the form and most fill it out...

and the field is there in case the organizer had to get a permit.
