Saw a freeway blog tonight!!

It was so cool. I work in Madison, Wisconsin and commute from Dodgeville. On my way home, I was coming up to an overpass near Mt. Horeb on highway 18/151 there were two big sheets up there on the edge of the overpass. It was a tad windy as I was coming up to them so I couldn't make out exactly what they said. One of them was something to the effect of "support Cindy Sheehan" and the other one was something to the effect of "What noble cause have the soldiers died for" but I'm less sure of exactly what that one said.

To be honest with you, probably the main reason that I didn't see EXACTLY what they said was because I was so busy honking my horn and trying to roll down my window to give a big thumbs up. :)

The people on the bridge waved and gave me the peace sign.

I dunno...I just thought it was cool to see people out there doing that so I thought I'd pass it on.

This one I put in the tiny park next to the city hall and police station in my town. At 4:00am. Not suspicious at all. I ran like a rabbit when I was done.

3. I do the same thing at the television! I really believe that this issue

has the potential to unite the US and get our priorities straightened out again. Nixon was bad enough, but since SCOTUS 2000 and Diebold 2004, with the illegitimate Halliburton Iraq War, I had almost lost faith that an individual really could make such a grand difference. Too bad it's not the one in power.

7. Thanks so much for the Welcome back actually...I was here before during

and after the elections, and changed email providers...so I look like a REAL newbie in terms of posts (had more than 1000 before), but still consider myself to be a relative newbie compared to many oldtime DU posters here. Will soak up their wisdom again.

BTW, is there any way to see who is online at the same time that I am? Never did that before, but its been awhile since I've posted and I'd like to check on some DUers...
